They are called pill mills. The doctors do not have a legit relationship


with the patients. They just write and take a cash payment. There are literally hundreds, maybe thousands, of people who seek the scrips then travel hours at a time to fill them. They are called "smurfs". They sell the pills mainly. They come mainly out of Appalachian states as well as Indiana.
